Bloom was appointed as external Project Managers and Contract Administrator

In June 2025, Bloom was appointed as external Project Managers and Contract Administrator at their One New Change Foodhall, as part of their M&S Store Renewals programme at branches nationwide. Despite the recent cyber-attacks, M&S are progressing with their ambitious renewal schedule for the next 2 years.

Bloom worked closely with Landsec to manage the Licence to Alter process in line with the One New Change Design and Fitout Guidelines, ensuring the client’s design intent was protected throughout each stage gate and through to final approval. Alongside this, the team coordinated project timelines, streamlined internal communication, and maintained programme momentum across the full project lifecycle.

The role also included active stakeholder communication management, working closely with the design team, landlord engagement, planning authorities, and both main and sub-contractors to define scope, secure approvals, mitigate risks, and support timely procurement and delivery. Through careful coordination and proactive engagement, Bloom helped keep the project on track for successful delivery in line with programme, cost, and quality objectives.
