With over 20 years of experience managing high-profile and challenging schemes across commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality sectors, she has developed a reputation for integrity, tenacity, and client-focused delivery. 

Her expertise spans major construction contracts, technical enabling works, and conservation-led projects, with proven success in delivering schemes ranging in value from £50k to £400m. A skilled leader and stakeholder manager, Yaeger is adept at coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and fostering inclusive, collaborative environments that drive successful outcomes. 

Uncompromising in her commercial focus, she consistently ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget, while championing the successes of colleagues, partners, and clients alike. Through Bloom, she continues to combine her technical expertise, commercial acumen, and inclusive leadership style to deliver client-focused solutions with lasting impact. 

Emma Haywood

Director of Growth & Partnerships

Emma Haywood is Bloom PM’s Director of Growth & Partnerships, bringing over 15 years’ experience across the construction and fit-out industry. With a background spanning high-end residential, commercial and hospitality sectors, she offers a strong understanding of the London market, particularly prime and West London, alongside a well-established network across developers, architects, project managers and consultants.

Experienced in working with both contractors and consultants, Emma combines commercial awareness with a relationship-led approach to business development, growth strategy and partnerships. She is passionate about building long-term client relationships and generating repeat business, representing businesses with confidence across industry events and networking environments.

Alongside her professional experience, Emma brings personal insight into property through the development and management of a private portfolio. She has a strong interest in London estates, the stewardship of historic buildings, and the balance between preserving architectural heritage and supporting thoughtful, modern change.

Sociable, well-connected and naturally driven by relationships, Emma is passionate about bringing people together and creating lasting value for clients and partners. Her appointment reflects Bloom PM’s continued growth and strengthens the business’s presence across the high-end residential, commercial and hospitality markets.

Karen Ward

Senior Project Manager

Karen is a focused, hardworking, and determined Project Manager with over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry. She is committed to achieving successful outcomes across every project she leads and has developed strong expertise spanning commercial, residential, public realm, and heritage schemes. 

Known for her excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, Karen thrives in challenging, high-pressure environments and brings calm, organised leadership to every team she works with. She is a confident problem-solver who ensures that all works are delivered to the highest professional standards, on time and within scope. 

Karen is methodical and clear in setting project objectives from the outset, maintaining a structured approach to delivery while fostering collaboration across teams and partners. She is also highly proficient in a range of project management software systems, using these tools to enhance communication, coordination, and overall project performance. 

Latisha Darling-Mattis

Project Manager

Latisha is a dedicated Project Manager with five years’ experience in the construction industry, working as a consultant across a wide range of sectors including government, healthcare, commercial, and residential developments. She has successfully managed projects through multiple stages of the project life cycle, consistently delivering outcomes that align with client objectives and operational goals. 

Known for her structured and methodical approach, Latisha excels in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and fostering strong communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment from concept to completion. Her attention to detail and commitment to quality underpin every stage of her project delivery. 

Alongside her professional career, Latisha successfully completed a part-time BSc (Hons) in Construction Management, demonstrating her drive, discipline, and passion for continuous growth within the industry. 

Josephine Nyanteh

Project Manager

Josephine is a project professional with experience delivering projects across RIBA Stages 0–6, supporting residential, commercial, and education schemes at multiple points of the project lifecycle. She brings a structured, analytical approach to project delivery, with strong capability across governance, reporting, and operational coordination. 

She has a proven track record of improving workflows and project controls, including reducing approval turnaround times by 30% and achieving 100% audit readiness across programmes. Josephine is highly skilled in stakeholder coordination, working effectively across consultancy, contractor, and client-side environments to ensure alignment and clarity throughout delivery. 

Her experience spans risk management, design integration, and information management, where accuracy, compliance, and consistency are critical. Detail-oriented and dependable, Josephine plays a key role in strengthening project assurance and supporting high-quality outcomes across complex programmes.  

Zaynah Aslam

Project Manager

Zaynah is a Project Manager with experience delivering commercial CAT B office fit-outs, retail rollouts and mixed-use developments within leading project management consultancies. She brings a strong foundation in project delivery and coordination, with particular expertise in governance, reporting, change control and contract administration across fast-paced and complex project environments.

Her experience includes supporting the successful delivery of projects across the workplace, retail and mixed-use sectors, where she has developed a reputation for being organised, diligent and highly dependable. Comfortable working across multiple concurrent projects, Zaynah is skilled in stakeholder coordination, programme tracking and maintaining clear communication between clients, consultants, contractors and wider project teams.

Zaynah is known for her thoughtful and proactive approach, bringing consistency, attention to detail and a calm professionalism to every stage of the project lifecycle. From chairing meetings and managing action trackers to supporting change management and project reporting, she plays an important role in helping teams deliver well-structured and well-managed projects.
