I had the pleasure of working on a prestigious development in the heart of Knightsbridge as an artisan supplier for the interior design scheme. Yaeger was the principal project manager on the project.
The Dynamic on this project was particularly complex, The scale of the works and the level of quality needed for the interiors meant that stake holder priorities were both diverse and at times, conflicting.

K1 Knightsbridge was an iconic, large and extremely complex mixed-use project running from 2017 to 2023. Yaeger led the team at AECOM PM for several years and built excellent relationships with both the Client and Contracting teams.
