I had the pleasure of working on a prestigious development in the heart of Knightsbridge as an artisan supplier for the interior design scheme. Yaeger was the principal project manager on the project.

The dynamic on this project was particularly complex, The scale of the works and the level of quality needed for the interiors meant that stake holder priorities were both diverse and at times, conflicting.

Yaeger’s natural & empathic approach to project leadership was pivotal to the success of this body of work. Her relentless solution focus, and unflappability calmed all parties, inspiring confidence whilst keeping contextual oversight of the bigger picture. Furthermore, and somewhat remarkably, I witnessed stakeholders become increasingly invested in the success of one another. K1 Knightsbridge was an iconic, large and extremely complex mixed-use project running from 2017 to 2023. Yaeger led the team at AECOM PM for several years and built excellent relationships with both the Client and Contracting teams. Yaeger undertook the Employers Agent and Project Management role at K1 Knightsbridge and effectively managed the scheme through unprecedented challenging events . The project was a great success and Yaeger should be proud of her important role and contribution.

She consistently performed her role to a high standard and continued to deliver an excellent and supportive service. Yaeger always maintained integrity throughout the project ensuring a professional service was delivered to her client and all stakeholders.

I worked with Yaeger and team (AECOM) to deliver reposition a tired office building in the City, delivering a set of fully-fitted Cat A+ workspaces which have subsequently been hugely successful in the leasing market. We were delighted with the end result.
