In March 2025, Bloom was appointed as Project Manager to manage the fit out construction.
Luca Faloni, a luxury Italian menswear brand with stores in Chelsea, Marylebone, and Piccadilly, undertook a UK-wide design refresh to align interiors with their brand values and craftsmanship. Bloom was appointed by contractor Agilite, a Parella Company, to manage the fit-out construction and liaise with the Italian-based design team.
This included delivery of a fast-track retail fit-out across multiple high-end locations, coordination of programme timelines and stakeholder approvals, and management of procurement, sequencing, and landlord works within the listed BAFTA Building.
Through efficient coordination and engagement, Bloom successfully reduced the programme duration from nine to seven weeks, enabling an earlier store opening and minimising contractor downtime.
