Bloom were appointed for Project Management and Contract Administration.
Bloom provided project management and contract administration services for the transformation of the Grade II-listed former Dock Manager’s Office at Canada Water. Built in 1892, the historic building was converted into a high-specification marketing suite for The Founding, a landmark luxury apartment development by British Land.
Delivered under a JCT Design and Build contract, the project required careful coordination to preserve the heritage fabric of the structure while adapting it for modern use. Bloom led delivery, budget, and timelines, managing the JCT D&B contract and contractor performance.
Working closely with British Land, consultants, and local authorities, Bloom oversaw quality and risk management to ensure high standards and seamless project execution.
